THE SEARCH CRITERIA MEETING
- Consult with the client to develop a clear job specification which includes performance expectations as well as desired personal and technical background of likely candidates.
- Obtain information concerning client’s organization, history, objectives, critical problems, and personalities involved.
- Prepare a position profile for client review to ensure we have a common understanding of the position and the desired candidate qualifications.
THE RECRUITING PROCESS
The search process includes the following steps:
- Identifying source companies.
- Targeting appropriate candidates.
- Conducting preliminary screening interviews.
- Selecting qualified candidates for panel presentation.
CANDIDATE PRESENTATION
We will deliver resumes, profile data, and reference report information on
a panel of selected candidates.
OFFER * ACCEPTANCE * RESIGNATION
We support our client through the interview process and provide feedback from
candidates.
We also assist in determining offer parameters and closing strategies to assure
acceptance.
FOLLOW-UP
We contact the candidates considered but not selected to inform them of the
hiring decision. We follow-up with the client and newly hired individual
to ensure a smooth transition.
